Award Winning Personal Trainer Joe Perry See Phenomenal Growth At His Johnson County Kansas Fitness Center 4 Ever Fitness

2012Joe Perry and his Overland Park based fitness center 4 Ever Fitness features Jam Boxing and Jam Kickboxing to get his clients in the best shape of their lives. They lose weight, feel great and Joe inspires each client.
Kansas City, MO-KS (1888PressRelease) April 02, 2012 - Joe Perry is an inspirational Personal Trainer and owner at 4 Ever Fitness,a Johnson County fitness center. His ability to motivate members at 4 Ever Fitness in Overland Park to reach their fitness goals resulted in his being award the 435 South Magazine Best Personal Trainer for 2009. Joe was introduced to martial arts when he was five years old by his sister's husband, a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. For 15 years, Joe studied martial arts with him. Add some boxing training with Abu Shabazz, a golden gloves boxer, and De Shon Workcuff to this all around athlete and you've got an incredible trainer.
Joe's desire to help people become healthy inspired him to seek his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Today, he uses this training and his athletic skill sets to motivate 4 Ever Fitness members in Johnson County, Kansas to be the best they can be.
Joe uses his extensive knowledge of boxing, kickboxing and MMA skills to effectively help members lose weight, build body mass and tone up. Throughout his classes or training sessions, Joe shares why the exercises he's teaching are important to your body and mind, and how they can help in self-defense. Joe mixes punch and kick-punch combinations on heavy bags with ground exercises incorporating medicine balls and the use of a member's own body weight as resistance.
"I am living out both of my dreams. I get to help people stay healthy and fit and fight competitively," says Joe. "Although I was always serious about martial arts, it was always fun. Now I can share that with other people and I really enjoy seeing them develop and achieve their personal goals."
Joe has a Facebook Group, "B 4 Ever Fit" where he shares fitness tips, healthy eating tips and recipes, and sends a Facebook email, "Cup of Joe", featuring daily inspirational quotes to his fans. The Overland Park fitness center has seen awesome growth in the past year. Big things are planned for 2012.
