Health Tip: Do You Need a Day Off From Exercise?

HealthDay – 1 hr 41 mins ago (HealthDay News) -- While exercise can help you feel better physically and emotionally, it may be wise to skip a day if you aren't feeling well.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says it's a good idea to take the day off from exercising if:

You feel very tired.You have pain or swelling in a joint or muscle.You feel any chest pain.You feel short of breath.You've been asked to refrain from exercise by your doctor because of illness, injury or surgery.
