Step 1. Run in place (3 Minutes)

Unlike crunches which only build muscle under fat and leave your neck and back sore, running in place for just three minutes will get your heart pumping while working out your mid-section, legs and thighs.

Step 2. Jumping jacks (4 Minutes)

Jumping jacks work out the entire body. By doing them for four minutes, you may feel exhausted, but because your body is running out of oxygen to send to your limbs.

So, your body finds the energy by burning fat. When you want to give up or feel too tired, just picture your fat burning away.

Step 3. Running up and down stairs (3 Minutes)

By doing this simple exercise, you are able to work out your legs by having to extend them. This is less tiring than jumping jacks, so it is a good way to cool down.

While this combination will help you burn fat and reduce you stomach, it is important that you change the way you eat in order to lose weight.
